Are you an ambitious 1st or 2nd line support engineer / Helpdesk Analyst?

Would you like to push your technical skills further than 1st line support and be given the opportunity to progress your technical skills within a well-known national business?

Technology you will be supporting includes
Windows operating systems, Laptops, Printers, Networks, many business applications. This is a large enterprise environment with 1,000s of users and many business critical applications.

If the above sounds interesting we would be very keen to discuss this opportunity further with you. To qualify for the opportunity you will need either some experience of working in a technical support environment, perhaps where you have limited ability to progress technically, or you are a very keen enthusiast with some IT qualifications and 1st class customer service skills. Our client is very keen to put attitude above technical experience and therefore are willing to give people the opportunity to learn the deeper technical elements of the role. There are a number of opportunities arising in the team, these have come about as a result of promotion and progression, you would be working in a sizable IT department where they actively promote within and look to develop peoples careers.
