FTSE 250 Leader, at the forefront of technology, urgently requires a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer (Linux, Windows Desktop, SQL).
ROLE:
Working as part of the 1st / 2nd line team, you will be responsible for dealing with user issues and finding solutions to resolve these within agreed KPI’s. You will also get involved in small projects (desktop builds, infrastructure rollouts) with the potential to grow into a 3rd/4th line position in the future.
PERSON:
A customer focussed Support Engineer, you will have a solid track record in 1st / 2nd line support within a high availability enterprise environment. It is expected that you will offer strong skills covering support and troubleshooting with your main technology expertise including:
- Linux
- Windows / Apple Desktops
- IP Networks
- SQL
- MS Office
