My London based client is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst for an initial 6 month contract. you will be tasked with the following,
Provide First Line Service Desk support for users (circa 120 users)
Day to Day systems maintenance, installations and repairs
Team of 3 providing service desk support
ARS Helpdesk triage
User PC relocations and hardware installations
Repairing faulty hardware
Software rollouts, upgrades and patch maintenance
Hardware cleaning, maintenance, relocations
System back ups
Hardware Registers maintenance
Diagnostic fault analysis for problem resolution
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
PC repairs and maintenance
Server administration concepts
Software installations and maintenance
Networking concepts
Windows 7 operating system and Advanced MS Office applications
Backup concepts and administration
MS MCPs or other vendor
ITIL v3. – preferred
High level customer service and communication skills
