1st/2nd Line Helpdesk/Support Technician needed in St Albans
Job Purpose:

The role involves providing 1st line support, within a team of four, to a professional client base of approximately 150 staff and Partners across 3 offices.

logging and keeping records of employee IT problems/queries; seeking out and providing solutions to problems/queries; testing and fixing faulty equipment and undertaking project work.
Skills Required:
-
Proven 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support experience required.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within a small to medium sized organisation.

Key systems used are Windows XP/7, Citrix, MS Office Suite 2010.
You need strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users.
This is a 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract.
