The Opportunity
We are currently looking for talented individuals to join us for a 12 month internship as a Recruitment Consultant in Bristol. You don’t need any prior experience in recruitment, instead, we are looking for ambitious, self starting individuals who would like to use their industrial placement year to gain invaluable sales and recruitment experience within a global business…and earn commission along the way!

What should I expect day to day?
Our award-winning intern programme will give you a unique insight into the world of work. We trust our interns to be completely involved in the recruitment process and you will be treated like any other employee in our business. You will receive full training and become part of our newly established intern network across the UK. Day to day you will be:

• Managing job vacancies from start to finish
• Advertising jobs
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Liaising with clients
• Booking interviews
• Meeting KPIs and targets

What you’ll need to succeed?

• Passionate about hitting targets and working in a highly competitive environment
• Determination, drive, ambition, energy and high levels of resilience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build rapport quickly
• Self motivated and enthusiastic

Full time (Monday – Friday)
