111 Service Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

My Client are looking for a Service Advisor to start as soon as possible.

CANDIDATES MUST HOLD AN ADVANCED DBS CERTIFICATE TO BE CONSIDERED

Responsibilities:-

-Assess the needs of clients and their representatives, supported by decision making software, to reach the appropriate disposition for the client
-Referral to a range of other services
-Interim and end point advice
-Effective and comprehensive risk assessment
-Work Effectively as a team member, supporting and communicating with other professional colleagues
-Use effective communication skills to holistically assess client needs and determine information in a respectful and non-judgemental way
– Provide a professional, courteous and efficient telephone service, consistent with organisational standards for clients seeking advice
