We have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk / Desktop Support analyst to join Helpdesk / Desktop Support Team working for one of the most recognisable and prestigious outfits in the world. Reporting to the Systems Support Manager, the role of the Helpdesk / Desktop Support analyst is to provide the first point of contact and resolution for the end users.

This includes resolving calls made to the Helpdesk either over the phone or going to the user’s desk and fixing the issue there hands on.

You must be willing to undergo SC security clearance or have current clearance.

You must have a good general knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite applications and Windows XP, excellent customer service and communication skills, a full UK driving licence.
