Apprenticeship Manager

Salary: £52,580 per year

Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting an experienced Apprenticeship Manager to join the Employer Training and Apprenticeships team within Gloucestershire College.  

 This role is responsible for managing the Apprenticeship Programmes with the support of the Director of Employer Training and senior stakeholders across the business. It is a pivotal role within the department and part of a team of four Apprenticeship Managers and has significant line management responsibility for staff. The current areas of responsibility include IT up to and including Degree Level Apprenticeships, Accounting and HR. 

Apprenticeships at Gloucestershire College continue to grow and is held in high esteem by employers and stakeholders across the region. The department continues to develop and delivery outstanding programmes and achieve very high retention and achievement rates for programmes.
