The Role: Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Salary: Upto £26,000Basic with commission
Location: Nottinghamshire

Duties will include:
* You will work to a busy diary visiting a variety of properties and people across your local area
* Selling yourself and your brand to ensure the successful instruction of the properties
* Arranging and attending Viewing appointments
* Cultivating existing tenant relationships
* Actively Marketing utilising Social Media
* Taking deposits/holding fees etc
* Move Ins and associated paperwork
* Cover for others in branch from time to time
The successful candidate will have:
* You will have a proven track record in a sales environment and be able to demonstrate a competitive instinct with the ability to work under pressure, within a target-orientated environment.
* Polish speaking would be desirable but not essential
* You will have excellent communication skills and be able to offer a high standard of customer service.
* Being computer literate and have the ability to organise yourself and others.
Applicants will be considered from other office based sales environments, such as recruitment and insurance as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
