The Role as Service Engineer, no two days will be the same,

• you will be visiting a broad range of client sites throughout the East Anglia / Midlands Region

• performing installation, commissioning, service and breakdown calls,

• working on a range of industry leading compressed air, gas and distribution systems.

Calling upon your skills, to:

• communicate with your clients to show empathy and identify the cause of concern,

• engineering skills to investigate faults and ideally fix on your first call,

• desire to work as part of supportive engineering and administrative team

• professionalism, be organised and build confidence and trust with the clients you visit

• team ethic, supporting other team members, who will also be supporting you,

• awareness, passing on leads to sales team for equipment renewals and site expansion.

About you, for this role you will be either:

• A Service Engineer working within the compressed air / gas sector looking for a new challenge, or

• Already working as a Service Engineer and looking to change career where your skill sets are transferable to this sector, and

• wanting to work with a professional and highly successful company where your efforts will be recognised and rewarded.

Skill Sets required:

Your core skill sets will be the ability to work primarily on a range of motors pumps, gearboxes, compressors, electrical systems (low voltage and 3 phase systems) able to fault find on machinery and control panels, be PC literate, currently working within a Service Role, qualified to City & Guilds, NVQ level 2 in Engineering either electrical or mechanical. Additional qualifications of benefit would be 17th Edition Regs and or F-Gas Certs, although these are not essential.

Salary Package:

The company provide a Company Vehicle for business use, salary up to £33,600Call Out, Overtime, with typical annual earnings in the range of £33,600, Death in Service, child care vouchers, generous holiday scheme, company uniform, etc.
