Store Manager

We are looking to recruit a Store Manager for our Rhyl store.

As one of our Store Managers you will be responsible to lead and motivate your team to turn all possible sales opportunities into a reality. You’ll know how to balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the business, and maximising sales and beating targets is second nature to you.

Using your people management and leadership skills, you’ll coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver or exceed store targets by inspiring them with your passion for high store standards, customer service and your ability to achieve strategic business objectives.

In order to succeed you will be commercially aware with a passion to be the best! You will be a strong leader with the ability to consistently drive and improve the overall performance of the store. You will have previous retail store management experience with a proven track record in sales.
