I have recently opened Nelson Recruitment Services after spending 10 years working in the recruitment industry. I have been lucky enough to work for some of the well know national agencies. In my time I have seen the good, bad and ugly sides of the industry. I thought it was time for a change.

Although we work in a sales industry the 3 principles I work to are HONESTY, QUALITY and SERVICE. I am looking to build a company with these at the heart.

I am looking for recruiters who want to take their career to the next level and be part of something right from the beginning. I have a 3 year business plan to achieve and am looking to put in place a head of each department to work towards a Directorship with NRS.

Commission will be paid at 10% of all margin that you bill.
