Location: UK-wide with offices in Newcastle and London (Home Office)
Our client are specialists in communications, HR & resourcing solutions.
In this role you will be working as part of a cross-functional, multi-business team with an array of clients in the PE/PC industry as well as gas and oil with their HR, Sales and or Marketing needs.
They are currently looking to grow their teams to meet their clients demands.
The successful individual(s) will be well-organised, able to work in an agile environment and enjoy building relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate acquisition using platforms such as LinkedIn
- Candidate qualification
- Pipeline creation and deals closing
- Build lasting relationships
- Offer excellent customer service
- Become a market expert in your field
- Business Development
- Writing engaging job descriptions and marketing content
- Managing simple business support activities, inc. diary management, drafting emails and conducting research to support other team members.
Requirements:
- Background of this or a similar customer or client-facing role, with excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Solid understanding of recruitment practices and techniques
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Fantastic people skills – confident team player and relationship builder
- Strong work ethic
