Salary: £60,000 – £78,000 per year
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable developer on a site in Winterbrook.
You will need to have experience on a range of developments such as RC Frame apartments as well as traditional build housing schemes for recognisable names in residential new homes.
You will be responsible for driving forward the site to maintain the quality and delivery of the units.
The ideal person for this role will come from a permanent work history and be able to display longevity and loyalty in their CV and have worked on sites from cradle to grave covering all stages with excellent knowledge of the full build process.
