Appliance Engineer

Salary: £27,600 – £38,400 per year

Our client is a national mechanical contractor who is looking for experienced Appliance Engineers to join their team in various locations such as: Bristol, London, Guildford, Birmingham, Sheffield, Brighton, Oxford and Northampton. They deliver contracted, first-line support for white-goods manufacturers and insurance companies.

Job description

• Attending pre planned appointments at customers properties
• Following a schedule using a mobile tablet, running bespoke job planning software
• Servicing and maintaining a range of classic and modern white good appliances

Person specification:

• Experience in the White Goods repair sector with working knowledge of at least 3 of the following; washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and electric cooking appliances.
• Must have a full UK Driving Licence
• Own Van (Can be provided the vehicle under a weekly deduction scheme should this be required)
• Customer Focused with a good work ethic
