We have an opportunity for a Showroom Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to join our client’s prestigious car dealership in Beaconsfield.

The Role
As Showroom Receptionist / Switchboard Operator your duties will include:
* Greeting customers professionally and providing assistance to them
* Operating the switchboard, answering the telephone in a professional manner
* Qualifying telephone enquiries and passing to the appropriate individual
* Ensuring visitors are aware of the full range of services provided by the business
* Maintaining a high degree of customer service at all times
The Person
The successful applicant for the role of Showroom Receptionist / Switchboard Operator will have / be:
* Previous experience within a Customer Service / Customer facing role
* Previous background in a Receptionist Front of House role within Retail / Hospitality / Leisure would be desireable
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
* A professional attitude and presentable appearance
* Good attention to detail
* Able to work in a busy environment
* Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
* Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
* IT Literate

This is an exciting opening within a company that really looks after their employees, and as Showroom Receptionist / Switchboard Operator you will receive a Salary: £26,000per year depending upon experience.
Hours
The role of Showroom Receptionist / Switchboard Operator is a full time position and you will work Monday to Friday with your weekly hours as follows:
Week 1 – 8am until 3pm
Week 2 – 11am until 6.30pm
