Position: Sales Engineer
Location: West midlands
Salary: £33,600 – £42,000per annum plus fully expensed car

The Company has grown both in terms of product development, equipment and international reputation and now extends to plants across Europe and the USA.
The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit a driven Field Sales Engineer to generate new business from an existing client base through selling power transmission equipment, including industrial Gears and Gear Boxes, Brakes & Clutches, High-tech Servo-gearheads, worm gearboxes and other High precision Rack & Pinion components
The Company’s products and services are supplied to customer’s in a wide variety of industries including converting, printing, packaging, labelling, machine tool, aerospace, paper, food processing, nuclear, defence, glass, water, oil, leisure, agriculture and all types of mechanical and electronic power transmission industries.
The successful candidate:
• This company is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual.
• The successful candidate will be focused on new business development along with establishing good customer relationships with existing clients.
Reporting to the Managing Director the successful candidate will have:
• A track record of developing new and existing customers in a business to business sales environment.
• Experience of selling industrial drives and gearboxes or a similar technical product.
• The ability to understand the technical complexities of all our products and clearly explain their benefits to customers.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with energy and enthusiasm to go out and develop new business, build relationships and drive growth.
• An Engineering Degree/HND or equivalent qualification.
• A good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook and experience in the use of Design software such as AutoCAD would be a benefit although not essential.
• A UK Driving Licence.
