Registered Nurse (RN1 / RGN) – Nursing Homes – Throughout

This is a great opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our locum team to cover shifts throughout the Crawley area of West Sussex.

Job Locations

You will be working on behalf of Inivo with various elderly / young adult client groups mainly in nursing homes in the Crawley area of West Sussex.

Job Overview:

As part of the Inivo team you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and clinical excellence. You will develop, implement and evaluate care plans of the relevant service users, ensuring that their emotional, physical and social needs are met. Additionally you will need to administrate medication to the service users.

• Competitive hourly rate, up to £28.8p/h
• Day and night shifts available.
• Employee of the month scheme.

Requirements:

• Nurse Qualification (RGN / RN1).
• Registered with the NMC.
• Experience of supporting older people with dementia, young adults with physical / learning disabilities or elderly frail.
• Experience of managing safe systems for the administration of medication within a health & social care setting.
• Experience of compiling care plans and carrying out risk assessments that reflect the needs and wishes of individuals for their care and support.

If you do not match the previous criteria, but you have a positive client facing attitude, with experience in other nursing settings, then you may be considered. However a Nurse qualification and the NMC registration are mandatory.
