Prince Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding business with a good culture and great values. My client is looking for an experienced office-based customer service manager who can lead a team of around 15-20 customer service advisors and champion great customer service. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations within the customer support department ensuring the highest standard of support is delivered.

The duties will include:

* To act as the Customer Champion for the company, ensuring that the customer is the priority throughout the whole customer order journey

* Coordinate the workflow and distribute duties to the team

* Monitor team and employee performance against KPIs and present to Senior Management as required

* Provide training and development to customer support team members

* Ensure that team members follow processes and maintain accuracy of work

* Lead inter-departmental communication

* Act as the escalation point for customer complaints

* Analyse department processes and look for improvements still in line with company quality management policy

* Complete employee performance reviews and set objectives for team members

Skills & experience required:

* At least 4 years’ experience working in an office based customer focused role

* At least 2 years’ experience of team leadership

* A customer-centric approach

* Great people management skills

* Good interpersonal and communication skills

* IT literate including MS Office

* Strong relationship builder

* Confident to challenge others as required
