Head of Ecommerce, E-commerce, Insurance client, central London
Head of Ecommerce, E-commerce, is required by Kyna Associates leading Insurance client based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands on, commercially savvy Head of Ecommerce, E-commerce, to join an organisation that are investing heavily into Digital and leading the way in their sector. Please note our client is looking for a hands on individual who is commercially savvy who will lead search, content marketing, email and conversion optimization activities – this is not a pure strategic role.
Head of Ecommerce, E-commerce, needs to be extremely commercial, delivering a return on investment for all activities and will work alongside content, analytics and front-end web delivery teams to meet sales and income targets. Key skills and experience required include:
– Google Adwords & Analytics, Webmaster Tools
– Microsoft Adcenter
– Proficiency in ESP functionality
– Financial reporting
– Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
– Commercially astute with a proven track record of growing online sales in a large multi-channel organisation
– Operational understanding of financial frameworks and financial planning
– Ability to motivate teams with niche skill sets in a competitive marketplace
– Broad understanding of multiple eCommerce skill sets including, SEM, e-mail marketing, re-targeting, affiliate programmes, SEO, CRM
Head of Ecommerce, E-commerce, role will be a varied one with the following objectives:
– Drive policy, sales and income growth through Digital channels
– Own and drive budget, lead, conversion rate, sales, income and ROI for TID products
– Lead the eCommerce function: Search, Email, Content Marketing, conversion, and Affiliates
– Provide forecast v actual budget and sales forecasts by product and channel
– Lead the eCommerce quarterly activity planning and report on execution
– Report on eCommerce marketing activities and ROI to business stakeholders
– Create and articulate means of differentiating between incremental vs channel shift sales growth
– Develop team capability and agile culture in-tune with TID values
