LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are partnered with a global design, engineering, and management consulting company, assisting with the appointment of an Early Careers Recruiter – responsible for the sourcing and development of graduates, work placements, internships, and apprenticeships nationally.

The hybrid working preference is 1 day per week in the Manchester City Centre or Warrington office, with flexibility for the other 4 days to be remote.

Reporting into the Early Careers Development Manager, this role would assist in the attraction, selection, onboarding, and lifecycle, of graduates, apprentices, interns, year-outs, and work experience talent across various sectors such as Engineering, Project Management, Consulting, Environmental specialisms, etc.

Responsibilities include:

• Organise and attend assessment centres
• Drive campus recruitment activities
• Develop job descriptions, liaise with suppliers, and manage selection and attraction activities
• Sourcing candidates and great communication
• Supporting onboarding activities
• Ad hoc support
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement across Early Careers/Talent

We seek a candidate with proven 2+ years Early Careers development experience and who is flexible to attend careers events in person on occasion.
