Finishing Foreman

Salary: £66,000 – £69,600 per year

Jark Norfolk Ltd are recruiting for a permanent Finishing Foreman for a well-established residential builder based in Ipswich. They are looking for someone to work primarily within the Bury St Edmunds area.

Our client is looking for someone who is hard working, motivated and driven to successfully lead a team to deliver a high standard finish.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills;

Trade background – Carpentry, bricklaying or any trade
Good eye for detail and quality
Proven experience managing a variety of projects
Hands on approach, working on site and demonstrating good leadership
Versatility to work on the tools where required
Able to read drawings
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Able to implement and maintain standards of health and safety
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Qualifications;

CSCS
SMSTS or SSSTS
First Aid
Full and clean driving license
