Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm

Fridays 8am – 1pm

Our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their well established friendly Tiverton team in an assembly operator capacity.

Main responsibility

To assemble the company’s products utilising current best practices and operating procedures safely and in accordance with customer and organisational requirements:

Main duties / responsibilities:

– As a minimum adhere to contracted hours of work;

– Flexibility to train and be trained;

– Following instructions given by the Workshop Controller or Leading Hand as appropriate;

– Observing and carrying out general housekeeping and tidiness duties;

– Identifying health and safety regulations and adhering to them;

– Feedback on design, development and machine modifications;

– Working to drawings, work orders and written instructions;

– Attending continuous improvement activities.

Previous experience in an assembly role an advantage, although not essential as full training will be provided.
