We are recruiting on an ongoing basis and have start dates available throughout the year
Your Hours:
We are recruiting full-time roles working 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. You will be working on a 7 hour rotational shift between 07:00am – 11:00pm across Monday to Sunday.
Our customers, your expertise
As a Barclays Customer Service Advisor, you’ll provide outstanding service by simplifying processes that impact the customer experience. It’ll be down to you to resolve queries from debit card customers, providing excellent customer service and making sure that customer relationships are developed at every opportunity. What you’ll give our customers as a Customer Service Advisor
You’ll field incoming calls from customers, giving clear information and advice while resolving complaints in a way that’s beneficial to us and the customer whenever possible. In addition, you’ll take charge of your own personal development plan and promote a positive approach to change.

What you’ll need as a Customer Service Advisor
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you’ll need a working knowledge of debit card products and services and an awareness of legislation affecting the bank. Outstanding communication skills are a must, and we’ll also need to see a high level of PC literacy.
