Software Test Analyst / Permanent / Hull / Salary £30,000 – £42,000P/A DOE With Benefits

As a Software Test Analyst you will be performing a business critical role in the department as you will ensure that all IT systems are fit for purpose and functioning up to a specified requirement. You will be using a mixture of ERP software and in house systems. As the Software Test Analyst you will need to manage your workload to strict SLAs and your work will be issue free.

The Software Test Analyst should have most of the following. For the right candidate there is always flexibility.
• ISEB Certified Software Tester (Foundation)
• Experience of testing web, mobile / tablet and design applications
• Iterative software development awareness
• Agile Testing Methodology awareness
• Effective communication of ideas and information, both verbally and in writing
• Capability to develop a strong working relationships both internal and external
• Analysis of information to identify problems and issues, making effective decisions
• Ability to plan and organise workload efficiently, working to strict deadlines
• Experience of ticketing systems (JIRA specifically beneficial)
• Expertise in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Competence to work alone and with an appropriate level of supervision and guidance
