Duties

Arranging and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers
Canvassing the local market
Researching additional opportunities for your manager
Regularly keeping in contact with clientsSkills and attributes required

Candidates must have great communication both over the phone and face to face
Experienced with microsoft outlook and word
Ideally have a background requiring high levels of communication
