Distributor Service Representative

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client based in Uxbridge for a Distributor Service Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will handle all queries and complaints from distributors, dealing with them in a timely manner and resolve any problems.

Key duties;

Handle distributor queries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Process orders recieved via telephone, email, fax – ensure all order confirmation is sent out in a timely manner
Upsell and cross sell
Ensure all administration is completed and up to date
Deal with aftersale queriesWe are looking for high calibre individuals with the following;

Confident communicator
Strong office administration skills – previous experience of working in an office experience
