Telesales Executive

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Outbound Telesales Executive/ Employer Engagement to join a rapidly expanding company based in Barnsley.

This role has arisen due to ongoing company expansion and therefore could be an immediate start for the successful candidate!

As a Telesales Executive/Employer Engagement you will be confident, target driven and self-motivated with a passion to exceed all expectations and become a top performer.

Reporting to the Team Manager, the main purpose of your role will be to engage with companies throughout the UK to offer products and services within the Training Industry.

Main responsibilities:
· Promoting apprenticeship and work based learning programs to employers to up skill their existing work force.
·Making B2B Sales
·Achieving monthly sales targets
·Account management
·Build sustainable relationships with Key decision makers

Experience/Skills/Attributes:
· Sales/Telesales Experience
· Experience of selling training packages is desirable but not essential
· Excellent telephone manner
· IT Literate
· Driven and resilient
· Hard working and self-motivated

Other titles you may also have done include Outbound Telesales/Sales Advisor/Business Development/Cold Calling/ Sales Executive.

In return for your hard work and service you will be rewarded with:
· Annual basic Salary: £26,000
· Uncapped bonus (OTE £30,000)
· Incentives including, IPad, Holidays, Cinema Tickets, Duvet days etc…
· Good working hours (9am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday)
