Telesales Executive

Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 per year

Brightbid.ai is a fast-growing Swedish venture capital backed marketing investment company. It urgently seeks three Sales professionals seeking a high-income opportunity for its new London office. The office, in the city of London EC1 is plush and will be the base for the UK and international operations. The company has grown in sales month by month, and all sectors of the UK market will be open to the new high-income sales team. With current offices in Stockholm and Oslo employing 45 people we are looking for larger growth this year in the UK market. The London sales office will also lead the company selling into other parts of Europe, and Asia. Career development will be accelerated for the very ambitious and money hungry sales professional. In the first 3 months there will be a review of basics, commissions, and possible promotion. If you are serious about a six-figure income this is for you. With a target of 80 London staff this year there are many promotional opportunities. The company is highly profitable AND is investor backed so there is no limitations to company and career growth. All the senior positions have not been established yet. The current Stockholm Sales Manager is only 20 years old and has some very high earners in his team.

What your Role Is

• This will be an office-based position primarily high performance selling on the telephone in what will be a fast-moving energetic and energy filled atmosphere.
• This is an investment product you will be selling. Customers invest their money and expect excellent substantial returns in the short term. Those with experience of selling an investment product with a return will find this market similar and very lucrative. Such as stockbroking, property, or alternative investment as a broker.
• The company will help in lead generation.

Company Information and Benefits

• You will be paid £2,000 per month basic plus full commission during the first three months induction period. Then basic is reviewed.
• From month 3 you should be earning over £50-75K pa rate and topped £100K by the end of the second quarter.
• You will be paid a front-loaded commission, plus referrals, upsells and contract renewals. On top of that are other incentives.
• Very high OTE
• Regular reviews, first one after 3 months.

• Generous commission.
• There are two overseas trips a year, the next one being to Ibiza.
• There will also be a one-week training in Sweden all expenses paid for by the company. You therefore should be able and interested to travel abroad.
• Ad hoc prizes.
• A laptop and mobile phone.

• You will be paid 100% of the first month of all contracts as commission. Additionally, this applies to rebooking and upsells.
• At the time of writing in the Swedish sales team, the below average are earning £3,500 to 4,500 per month, average £5-7,000 and the above average from £8,000 per month
• He or she that is made Team Leader will also enjoy an override on the team with a budget to recruit.
• This is a young dynamic marketing investment company founded and led by an energetic CEO who has had a meteoric career so far, and only just turned 30.
• We are moving fast, making money and promotions will happen quickly.
• Our client has maintained substantial growth every month since it launched just over 2 years ago.

What we are Looking for

• We are also recruiting for a team focused on SMEs and one focused on larger Enterprise businesses.
• Knowledge and/or experience in selling marketing investment or an investment product will be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be given.
• You will be used to a dynamic sales environment such a broker in the city and confident that you can bring in lucrative new business.
• Exceptional sales skills, leadership qualities, consistency, energy, and a positive attitude is a must.
• This position is aimed at individuals with that entrepreneurial spirit looking to put in hard work in return for hard cash.
• Your background could be from any sector as long as you are highly driven and hungry to succeed!
