Salary: £13.74 – £16.62 per hour
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Yard Operative to join our client based on the outskirts of Swadlincote. This role would be ideal for a Multi Trader/ Handy Person as will involve carrying out the refurbishment and cleaning of modular units. Duties will include:
Fitting & removal of partitions, floors, ceilings & other fittings
Preparation and painting of interior & exterior
Completing basic plumbing tasks
Completing basic electrical work & PAT Testing
Fitting door locks
Laying vinyl floor
Other general maintenance, repair, assembly & fitting work as required
It is expected that the successful candidate will be flexible and willing to learn new skills in order to fulfil this busy and varied role.
