Mac Engineer

Salary: £240 – £336 per day

An Onsite IT Support Engineer (mac) is required to join a global Company in Swindon on an initial 6 month contract.

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months Rolling
Location: Swindon. 100% onsite

Essential requirements:

* Excellent customer service skills

* 3+ year’s experience in a 1st/2nd line support role

* Previous experience supporting a mac environment is essential

* Extensive experience working with mac, Azure Active Directory, Office 365

* Good knowledge and experience of ITIL Best Practice

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Windows Server, Office 365, SCCM)

* Ability to perform IT hardware support.

* Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of Service Management tools

* Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
