Salary: £26,000 per year
My client is a large estates Estate Agency with offices in the South of England who are looking to recruit a permanent Lettings Negotiator to join their busy branch in Southsea, Hampshire.
The successful candidates day to day duties will include, but not be limited to…
* Liaising with landlords and tenants both over the telephone and face to face
* Dealing with a high number of student lettings
* Showing potential tenants around properties
* Sourcing tenants for vacant properties
* Negotiating between tenants and landlords to arrange a successful lettings agreement
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following
* A proven track record in successful sales/negotiation
* Confident telephone manner
* Smart appearance
* Strong spelling, punctuation and grammar
* A pro-active approach to work
* Be able to work well under pressure in a busy, thriving environment
* Good people skills
Hours for work are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm and every other Saturday – when you work a Saturday you get a day off in the week instead.
Pay is between £26,000 and £20000 dependant on experience plus bonuses – (OTE circa £30k).
Candidates must drive and is aged under 25 must own their own car.
