Angular /.NET Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic developer who is comfortable with both front and back-end programming to help expand our client’s online offerings.

As an education provider, a pivot has been made with COVID effecting the face-to-face delivery of learning, so the business has moved to be primarily an online education provider, and as such there is a requirement for someone to help continue the development of the company with that emphasis. As a developer, you will be involved with the creation of business features from conception to the final product, and this will be a great opportunity to have input on the design and implementation of the work you create.

The current platform is built on a mostly open-source stack, with the latest products being developed with an Angular UI and a.NET Core API backend. There are currently other projects using slightly different technologies, but a part of the role will be to assist with the standardisation of technologies and development practices throughout the company’s ecosystem.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a web development environment

* Proficiency with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

* Familiarity with at least 1 SPA framework, e.g. Angular, React or Ember.

* Familiarity developing APIs with a server-side technology e.g. Python, Ruby or.NET.

* Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

* Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Good problem-solving skills.

* Attention to detail.
