An opportunity has arisen for a part time Neighbourhood Housing Officer to be based in Bradford. The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the management of a designated patch and for the co-ordination of a full range of housing services to the tenants of the patch with an emphasis on estate-based work.

Experience:

*Experience of housing and estate management standards and practices including arrears, lettings, exchanges, repairs and rents
*Good understanding of benefits that would be applicable to tenants combined with the ability to give advice on those which are applicable
*To be able to challenge inappropriate behaviour and conduct
*Excellent communication skills
