Regional Sales Manager South – Motor Finance
£45/50k base, + 50% bonus, car allowance and benefits

The Role
is leading a team of both new business and account management professionals to deliver against stretching targets in the sub-prime motor finance sector. you will be accountable for team performance adopting a ‘player-manager’ role spending the majority of your time selling alongside and coaching your team.

About You
are ambitious to grow your career as a successful team manager with a track record in dealer facing sales – ideally in motor finance although other product/service types will be considered. you are self-motivated with a coaching-based management style and are comfortable with accountability.
