Salary: £41,861 – £45,266 per year
On behalf of our client, Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Buildings Asset Surveyor for a permanent social housing role.
The Role:
Stock Condition Surveys and Energy performance Certificate Surveys.
Health and Safety asset audits.
Produce Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plans for capital investment.
Identify specific estates or properties for further option appraisal and additional investment.
Provide a customer focused service which meets the agreed standards and targets. This will involve working in partnership with a wide range of internal and external customers and stakeholders, to deliver an improving service.
All candidates must have own full driving license (transport provided). As a minimum, candidates must hold a relevant HNC or experience.
