Salary: £31,200 – £36,000 per year
Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis:
Location: You will work from home and will cover the East Midlands area, travel to HO in Gloucester would be required 2 days per week initially and this will reduce to 1 day per week
Salary: £31,200 – £36,000 per annum plus bonus so £45-50k OTE plus company car, phone, laptop, pension, flexible hours as home based managing your own time/week.
Duties: You will be responsible to develop lead providers (Estate Agents/Accountancy firms)
Also responsible to develop a team of Mortgage Advisors and offer coaching, development and training where required.
Experience and Qualifications: CEMAP qualification is essential
Strong Mortgage Advisors will be considered for this position as will someone with experience of working within and Estate Agent.
