The role

Assists the customer in selecting frames, supporting the sales process.

Deal with all aspects of basic visual requirements.

Supports the optometrist whilst working to NHS guidelines.

Assist with all aspects of dispensing glasses.

Fitting and adjusting glasses to suit customers needs.

Delivering an excellent customer experience at every interaction.

Ensure the store standards are of a high quality.
