Regional Manager, Yorkshire – Salary £54,000 – £60,000
My client is looking to recruit a Regional Manager covering a small portfolio of Nursing & Residential Homes for Older People within Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable care provider.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance across the homes, audits, maintain high occupancy and leading a team of Managers. You will be responsible for recruitment, HR Issues, Training and general leadership of the home Managers, Marketing to ensure the homes standards and reputation in the area is maintained and increased.
You will need:
Proven experience within Regional Management (Minimum of 1 year) within care homes
Ideally have Management qualification (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent ) and a valid PIN Number (not essential)
Understanding of CQC guidelines
Genuine passion within elderly care
