Salary: £26,000 per year
Main Functions of the Position:
Ensure electronic call monitoring compliance throughout the branch.
Overall responsibility for establishing sound administrative processes to include client, staff and contact records and also assisting the Branch Manager in ensuring the smooth running of branch operations over the two sites..
Responsible for the efficient running of the CM2000 system giving support and guidance where necessary.
The Administrator/Administration Manager is accountable for all tasks and responsibilities listed but not limited to the following
Business and Operational Performance:
Ensure all care staff are instructed in the use of the electronic monitoring system (CM2000) and are utilising the system at each client visit.
Ensure all co-ordinators are trained and competent in the use of the CM2000, and confident to advise carers.
To attend all ECM compliance meetings both internally and externally and provide information in line with contractual obligations.
Report to the Branch Manager, all weekly performance measures and monitoring required in a regular and timely manner.
Report at Management meetings for the purposes of effective information sharing, communication and contact.
Ensure the implementation of ECM and monitor its effectiveness.
If applicable to ensure all sub-contracted agencies meet the requirements in respect of ECM and time / visit compliance.
Disseminate any new directives, which may alter the nature of compliance requirements.
Report on compliance with CSCI regulations by way of reporting on Care Worker and Service User activity via Coldharbour and ECM system
Ensure information is recorded on the electronic monitoring system for quality audit/invoicing purposes.
Ensure all staff payroll enquiries are dealt with, and escalated as appropriate
Ensure all client invoice enquiries are dealt with, and escalated where appropriate.
Confirm timesheets and assist the Seniors with the rota’s.
Quality Management:
Ensure client, staff and contact records are kept to company standards.
Ensure client, staff and contact records are kept up to date
Ensure all client, staff and contact records are entered correctly onto the computer
Ensure all correspondence is filed and receives an appropriate response
People Management:
Ensure Time sheets and payroll is completed accurately and on time
