Several Graduate opportunities have arisen to join a Pharmaceutical Recruitment company based in Central London. Supplying into the 4th biggest industry in the UK, Clinical Research, they work with all of the top 10 Pharmaceutical companies in the world including Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis.

Due to the industry you will be working with, a life sciences background is preferred but not essential. A healthy interest in the sciences and pharmaceutical industry is a minimum requirement.

Since their start up they have enjoyed continuous and consistent growth and are currently expanding into the European markets, and investigating supplying into the Asia -Pacific market.

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant your role will be to conduct telephone interviews, advertise prospective roles, communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis and manage the full recruitment cycle, enabling you to grow into a well-rounded business person. This role comes with a great deal of responsibility, however the intensive 15 module, 3 month training programme will ensure that you have the skills required to become an accomplished recruitment consultant, a leading light in the future of this industry.

You will be expected to work hard, but the rewards for hitting targets are sure to motivate. They include lunches in Michelin starred restaurants, all expenses paid trips abroad and a week’s extra paid holiday and £1000 bonus for meeting yearly targets.

Starting salary is £26,000with a £40k OTE. Your basic salary will increase to £27k when you become a senior consultant, usualy within 12-18 months.

This is an ideal role for a Life Sciences Graduate looking to gain industry experience in a more commercial environment. However a Science based Degree is not essential. An understanding and interest in both the Recruitment and Pharmaceutical industry is required, as is a 2:1 degree from a good university.
