Our Client, a Prestige Main Dealer in the Kent area is currently looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor for their Busy Dealership.

This is essentially a Service Advisor role within the department working ever so closely alongside the Workshop Controller whilst also managing the front desk and your customers from the moment they enter the dealership, through the process of having their car serviced/repaired including keeping the customer informed of any extra work required and taking the opportunity to upsell to the hand over of the vehicle including full explanation of work carried out and invoicing. The role requires a true service professional who is an excellent communicator, salesperson, leader with excellent IT Skills and a desire to build a career with this well respected dealer group and world renowned brand.

You will ideally live within the Kent area or be able to travel to the Kent area and have a working experience of a Main Dealer Service Department..
