Salary: £36,000 – £43,200 per year
My client has a vacancy for a Sales & Account Manager to join their fixings and fastsners business. They are an established manufacturer of specialist fastners sold into distributors, automotive, electrical, electronics, white goods, and machinery builders.
Sales & Account Manager role:
The successful sales person will be office based with occasional external customer visits. You will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for:
Ensuring customer enquiries via email and phone are completed to a high level of customer service.
Liaise with internal and external manufacturing teams to ensure orders are dealt effectively and efficiently.
Quotations are processed with a commercial yet competitive eye.
Develop existing customer accounts and build rapport with new customers.
Use company CRM to maintain customers orders and accounts.
Sales & Account Manager requirement:
Proven sales experience ideally related to specialist nuts and bolts, fixtures and fasteners.
Ideally educated with a relevant engineering qualification
Experience with organising quotations
Team player
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service background
Sales & Account Manager package:
£30k – £36k dependant on experience
Discretionary company bonus paid annually
