Salary: £28,800 – £40,800 per year
Experience Architectural Technician – Bradford
This is a good opportunity to help with and support the natural growth of an established consultancy which offers design solutions across northern England. The business has developed a niche in the provision of design and project services for residential and industrial refurbishments; and has a strong presence in the commercial, leisure and interiors markets. You must have a minimum of 3 years design office experience in an architectural practice, be able to use autocad and sketchup, but most importantly posses excellent construction detailing abilities. A good degree in architectural technology would be desirable. You must be a good communicator and be able to work in a small team. It is essential that you have a full driving licence as there will be site visits required to perform inspections and attend project meetings. The offices are pleasant with coffee and ‘relax’ areas insitu, there is free parking, the package depends on experience but ranges from £28,800 – £40,800plus other benefits. Bradford area. Ref DR583
