Bartender

Our client based at London Luton Airport is offering some great opportunities to work within their newly refurbished Executive Lounge. We are seeking Bartenders to fulfil a full time, seasonal role, which will be starting in early July.
In order to be meet the criteria required, you will need to;
*Be able to work any hours covering a 24/7 operation with no restrictions ( IE study etc)
*Be able to make your own way to London Luton Airport 24/7
*Provide Eligibility to work in the UK
*Be happy to undertake a Basic Disclosure
*Must not have lived outside the UK for more than 6months at a time in the last 5 years.
*Provide 5 years written references and support any gaps of 30 days or more
*Have a solid Housekeeping / cleaning background

This role will require you to work independently, and as part of a team within our newly refurbished and expanding Executive Lounge at London Luton Airport.
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. You will be able to prepare alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages, including cocktails to the guests
*Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks ( no table service required)
*Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
*Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
*Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
*Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
*Comply with all food and beverage regulations
You will be required to:
*Have a solid and knowledgeable background as a bartender
*Excellent knowledge of in mixing and serving drinks
*Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
*Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean at all times
*Be flexible in this fast moving environment

The shifts will be 06.00am-17.30pm and 12.00noon – 23.30pm on 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern.
