Here\’s what you will be doing:

– Prepare drinks
– Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor
– Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
– Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
– Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks

Experience required:

– Previous experience as a Bartender, within a hotel or restaurant
– Health & Safety Awareness
– Knowledge of spirits and cocktails/mixology.
– Have good communication skills

What you need for success:

Our client is looking for someone who is confident, well spoken, dedicated and flexible.
