Apprentice Recruitment Consultant

Arrow Healthcare is looking for an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business in Stafford.

This is a training opportunity for a young ambitious apprentice to forge a career in recruitment. You will be working 4 days a week office based (Stafford) and 1 day a week at college (Stoke).

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing candidate relationships and maintaining compliant files, as your confidence grows you will be helping write and advertise your own job descriptions and manage those applicants. You will be given all the help and assistance you need to become a successful recruiter all we ask for in return is your commitment to strive for the best.

Key responsibilities
• Creating and developing ongoing candidate relationships.
• Understanding your market (Nursing and Healthcare) and becoming an expert in that area.
• Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs whilst matching to suitable shifts.
• Maintaining our nurse bank and their availability, booking staff into shift work.
• Ongoing compliance.

Your skills
• Able to communicate well and have a confident telephone manner
• Good administration and organisation skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
