This is an exciting opportunity to lead our established Kendal site, with responsibility for £13m revenue and a well-established operational team. The Kendal site plays an important role within our UK operations, and we are looking for a strong, inspiring leader who can continue to drive performance, develop people, and deliver operational excellence. We are looking for someone who is either an existing General Manager or a high-potential candidate ready to step up into a General Manager role for the first time.

Take Ownership: Full P&L responsibility with a focus on hitting EBITDA targets and safeguarding revenue. Develop People: Coach, support, and grow your team, ensuring every colleague, both new and existing, feels valued, engaged, and part of the Elis culture. Drive Improvement: Lead the LEAN agenda and embed our culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
