The role of Senior Legal Counsel will have the following

responsibilities : Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Support the business on Brand, Marketing and Advertising related issues Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Lead on dispute resolution and litigation cases where necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal input on strategic projects and initiatives. Stay updated on legal developments within the FMCG industry and advise on potential impacts. Profile A successful Senior Legal Counsel should have: A qualified solicitor status with a strong background in commercial law. Proven

experience in the consumer sector would be highly beneficial Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and management. Knowledge of Brand, Marketing and Advertising law would be highly beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving
