You’ll be joining a supportive and ambitious team, working with warm inbound and outbound leads through a dialler system, helping customers explore a range of financial solutions including second charge mortgages, bridging finance and residential mortgages. Responsibilities in this role as a New Business Coordinator (Telesales): Manage inbound and outbound leads via a dialler system Build rapport with customers and understand their financial

requirements Discuss suitable financial products and available options with customers Qualify leads and refer opportunities internally where appropriate Maintain accurate customer records and notes on the CRM system Work towards individual and team targets/KPIs Provide a professional and consultative customer
